Shipping policy

This policy applies to all purchases from HSG Custom Merch, a trade name of Haven Solutions Group LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Production Time
Production begins after we confirm your artwork, print size, and placement with you. Estimated production times are:

Apparel and hats: 3 to 5 business days.
Laser engraved and fully custom items: 5 to 7 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Production times are estimates, not guarantees. For large orders, we will give you a timeline before production begins.

2. Shipping
We ship to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO and P.O. box addresses through USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. You may choose UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is emailed to you when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates. We do not offer local delivery or in-person pickup. Some products ship free when stated on the product page. Free shipping applies only to those products; shipping for other items in the same order is calculated at checkout.

3. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, reshipping is at your cost. 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Items damaged in transit are covered by our Quality Promise in the Return and Refund Policy. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 calendar days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
